The National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse congratulates Court Watch on their advocacy to stop corruption in the justice system.
Many of our members, including myself, have seen first hand how the probate court judges award thousands of dollars of a victim's estate to guardians and their attorneys while keeping the victim "ward" a prisoner, isolated from family and left to die in some remote nursing home.
NASGA was formed in May of 2006 after I rescused my father out of the Florida System. We now have over 200 members from 33 states nationwide.

hi i am a new member of courtwatch and my problem is elder abuse. i have a very good attorney and my case is in delray beach. my next hearing is on december 18,2008. i will post the time and exact room next time. this is a very impotant hearing because my attorney is asking the same judge that let the money out to return it for broken rules of law.m we'll see. my phone nuber is 561-736-8674
